Friends with Grace
You know Grace, now we want to introduce you to some of her friends!
We know that our audience is struggling with rising costs and uncertainty about the future. They’re being exposed to messages that “other” marginalized groups and seek to undermine social cohesion. What they need are trusted voices to break through the chaos to help them make sense of what they are seeing and address their concerns with common sense solutions.
Grace is one of these trusted messengers who supports our audience as they step outside their comfort zones. She is relatable, kind, and not afraid to talk about what matters, all traits that help her guide our audience on a journey toward being able to take prosocial action. But she’s just one person with one set of experiences, and if we want to become a cultural force in the lives of millions of women, we need to hear from women with different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives who can speak to issues that Grace can’t alone. That’s why we are bringing in other women (including real members of our audience!) to share their own unique perspectives and experiences.
These conversations are sometimes serious and sometimes fun, just like life. It’s all about meeting the moment with the messages we know our audience needs to hear so they can act in line with their values and help one another thrive!

Take a look at one of the ways Grace and her friends are helping real women sort through big issues, like the economy.

This video subtly and with humor supports social cohesion and encourages audiences to push back against “othering” by showing that you don’t need to be the same as someone to love them.
Another great example of subtly promoting social cohesion, in this case intergenerational connection, can be found in this video, where we brought together three women from three different generations to give their own perspectives on Grace’s advice. ▶️WATCH: 3 Different Generations. 1 Important Question.
Like Grace, these women are coming to these audience questions with care, compassion, and their own experiences. Getting to hear from three different women at different stages of their lives weigh in on how to maintain your own identity while being a caregiver is so valuable because it not only provides new perspectives on this question that Grace cannot give alone, but also reinforces that we’re not so different, we all have people we care about and even if our lives aren’t exactly the same, we can all share these experiences.
Grace’s Community
If we are going to take this journey with our audience to build an America where we can all thrive, we need to hear from Grace and all of her friends. Community has always and will always be at the heart of what we do and what we hope to achieve. We’re so grateful for this amazing group of women who are supporting each other and our audience!
